All Lennox medical plan members MUST register on Quantum Health’s website for account access.

1. Visit LIIQuantum.com and click “Register” (top right).
2. Next, fill in the following required information:
   • First Name
     • NOTE: Enter your First Name exactly as found in your BenefitSource account, including your full middle name or middle name initial, if applicable.
   • Last Name
   • Date of Birth
   • Last four digits of your Social Security #
3. Set up Two-Factor Authentication for security.
4. Enter the one-time verification code received via email or text.
5. Once registered, you will be prompted to complete your profile and set a secure password.
